Cold weather hits eastern Turkey
Ardahan was followed by Agri province as the coldest province in the region with minus 11 degrees Celsius.

Cold weather hit the eastern part of the country.
Heavy snowfall blocked roads to 1,020 villages in the region.
Meanwhile, temperatures in the eastern province Ardahan dropped to minus 12 degrees Celsius on Saturday night.
Ardahan was followed by Agri province as the coldest province in the region with minus 11 degrees Celsius.

In my opinion, if we want to understand Erdogan's words clearly, firstly, we should understand the parameters of Turkish foreign policy.
