US Senator John McCain on Wednesday said that the US delegation visiting Cairo came with the message that they were ready to revise their relations with the Egyptian revolution.
McCain also stated that the relations between Egypt and US was not bound to a person or party but rather between the people and governments.
"The events in Egypt are influencing the world. The US delegation held talks with Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi and Minister of Defense Abdelfattah Said El-sisi and with several opponents. We discUSsed the next parliamentary elections results to be in conformity with scientific criteria and running it in company with international inspectors.
In addition, US Senator Kelly Ayotte said that they met with the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces (SMDK), appreciated their courage and recognized them as a legal group representing the Syrian people.
