Torrential downpours have paralyzed daily life and traffic in Turkey's capital city Ankara.
Flood waters inundated a number of underpasses and highways. Three vehicles have been stuck in an underpass.
One of the main highways connecting the capital to the central province of Konya has been closed to the traffic because of flood waters.
Downpours are expected to continue till 19:00 local time.
