Turkish Culture and Tourism Minister Ertugrul Gunay on Monday inaugurated a culture center in Romania's Constanta.
"The Yunus Emre Culture Center in Constanta is the 17th of such centers the Yunus Emre Institute has opened in the world and I believe that number will go up as high as 25 by the end of 2012 with new centers in Paris, Berlin, Delhi and Moscow," Gunay told reporters during the opening ceremony.
Gunay said the Yunus Emre Culture Center in Constanta would also serve as a tourism office to promote Turkey's tourism riches.
