Turkish security forces killed three PKK militants in a clash overnight in southeast Turkey, the governor's office in Diyarbakir province said on Monday.
Special force units were continuing air-backed operations against the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) militants, the statement said.
Last week, PKK militants killed three people in an attack on an oil field in Batman in southeast Turkey.
