Turkish parliament went into summer recess, convening again on October 1, 2012.

Turkish parliament went into summer recess on Wednesday.
The parliament will convene again on October 1, 2012.
Under the Constitution, the parliament is scheduled to begin next legislative term at 3 p.m. on the first day of October, following nearly a 3-month recess.

In my opinion, if we want to understand Erdogan's words clearly, firstly, we should understand the parameters of Turkish foreign policy.
