EU commissioner to visit occupied West Bank
EU commissioner is expected to meet President Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Salam Fayyad on Sunday.

European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso will visit Israel and the occupied territories beginning Saturday, an announcement said.
The statement also said the visit would offer an occasion to discuss with both Israeli and Palestinian leaders the situation in the region, notably events in the Arab world, the situation in Syria and Iran.
He is expected to meet President Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Salam Fayyad on Sunday.
