During the Ramadan, the first terawih prayers were performed at the mosques such as Goy Mosque, Lezgi Mosque, Garacukur Turk Mosque in the capital Baku of Azerbaijan.
Also Azeris flocked to Theology Mosque in Baku, one of the limited places where terawih prayer is performed.

In my opinion, if we want to understand Erdogan's words clearly, firstly, we should understand the parameters of Turkish foreign policy.
