General Coordinator of the Humanitarian Aid Foundation (IHH) in Ankara, Hanefi Sinan on Sunday said that the Muslims of Nepal may soon face incidents of violence as their counterparts are currently going through in Myanmar.

Speaking to the Anadolu Agency (AA), Sinan said that no one should be surprised to hear news soon on the massacre of Muslims in Nepal.

The Muslims in Nepal, which make up 10 percent of the overall population, can no longer open mosques or religious centers as this right has been taken away from their hands, Sinan said.

"Muslims in Nepal are not even considered as a minority. I want to remind that there are conditions in Nepal which may cause problems. We may talk about Nepal, Bhutan or Thailand as we do about Arakan tomorrow," Sinan also said.
