Chad people fill to mosque and masjids in Ramadan for listening sermons and talks. They has a nice tradition in Ramadans. They meet together every morning and prays to Allah for their families and Muslim brothers.
Collective pray is a tradition in Chad mosques. Some mosques are only for woman.
Every morning begins prays at 07:00 and sermons goes on during two hours.

In my opinion, if we want to understand Erdogan's words clearly, firstly, we should understand the parameters of Turkish foreign policy.
