Turkish President Abdullah Gul on Wednesday arrived in Kyrgyz capital of Bishkek.
Turkish National Education Minister Omer Dincer, several deputies, bureaucrats and journalists have also arrived in Bishkek with President Gul.
President Gul will attend the 2nd Summit meeting of Cooperation Council of Turkic States in Bishkek on Thursday.
