Turkish deputy PM arrives in East Turkestan
Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan arrives in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan arrived in Urumqi, the capital of East Turkestan in China on Friday.
Babacan will attend the opening of the 2nd China-Eurasia Expo on Sunday.
Babacan will also meet with Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao during his visit to Urumqi.
Babacan will return to Turkey on September 2.

In my opinion, if we want to understand Erdogan's words clearly, firstly, we should understand the parameters of Turkish foreign policy.
