Palestinian authorities have decided to present their request for membership to the United Nations General Assembly in September.
Speaking at a press conference in Ramallah, Secretary General of executive council of Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO), Yasser Abdu Rabbu stated that Israel was not stopping its occupant policies and said, "Israel's aims on turning Jerusalem and West Bank into Jewish zones and building of new places to settle threatens the two state solution. They pave the way for a racist state."
Abdu Rabbu said that they requested from Quartet on the Middle East and UN General Assembly to specify the fundamental resolution points of Israel-Palestine dispute and put it into practice.
