Turkish Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek is set to visit Kosovo to participate in an international meeting in Pristina on September 9-11, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said on Friday.
Simsek will meet with senior Kosovar officials and he will participate in a special session of Kosovar parliament and visit Prizren region which is home to a large population of ethnic Turks.
Simsek is also expected to sign an agreement to prevent double taxation and deliver a speech at an international conference jointly hosted by the Turkish Foreign Ministry and the Balkan Institute.
