13 arrested in illegal migrants operation
Turkish security forces arrested 13 illegal migrants in an operation conducted in Marmaris

Turkish security forces arrested 13 illegal migrants in an operation conducted in Marmaris town of the south-western province of Mugla on Saturday.
The illegal migrants came from Sudan, Eritrea and Palestine.
They will be deported following official procedures.

In my opinion, if we want to understand Erdogan's words clearly, firstly, we should understand the parameters of Turkish foreign policy.
