Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is set to arrive on Sunday in the Turkish capital, Ankara, Palestinian news agency WAFA said Friday.
The agency said Abbas would proceed to Turkey for a two-day working visit after concluding his talks in Qatar.
Abbas is scheduled to meet with Turkish President Abdullah Gul, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.
The Palestinian president is expected to exchange views over Cairo talks for a Palestinian reconciliation as well as peace talks with Israel, which were suspended indefinitely due to continuing Jewish settlement efforts in Palestinian territories.
