Istanbul's 13th Criminal Court on Friday released three individuals out of 68 arrested ones in the ongoing "Ergenekon" case.

The court released Hayrettin Ertekin, Muzaffer Senocak and Bora Balli from prison under the "Ergenekon" case.

The court refused to release 65 other detainees, including former Turkish Chief of General Staff General Ilker Basbug.
"Ergenekon" is a backroom organization charged with plotting to overthrow Recep Tayyip Erdogan's government.
