Free Syrian Army, or FSA, has given green light to the proposal of Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu for Syrian vice president Farouk Al-Sharaa's appointment as the president of interim government.
FSA's political advisor Bessam Dade told AA correspondent on Monday that they accept Davutoglu's proposal for the bloodshed to stop in Syria but on the condition that it should not be one-to-one Yemeni model.
Reminding that Yemen's toppled president Ali Abdullah Salih was given a long notice to handle down his position to his deputy, Dade said that they would like the transition to happen in no time.
Dade said that Davutoglu's offer was the best way to get rid of Beshar Al-Assad and added that all the dissidents in Syria would accept that offer.
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu called Al-Sharaa a man of reason and conscience who played no part in the massacre in his country and said that nobody in Syria knew the political system better than him, in an interview with a Turkish television.
