Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan inaugurated the Museum of the History of Islam, Science and Technology in Istanbul on Saturday.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Erdogan said Turkey needed more museums, especially in Istanbul, what he said was a city of history and culture.
He said more state and private museums would be opened in the near future in Turkey.
