A group of masked attackers stoned the Alevi peoples house (Cemevi) in Istanbul on Sunday night.
The masked men came to nearby the Cemevi in Istanbul’s Kucukcekmece district and started to hurl stones and chanted slogans. Attackers tried to lower Turkish flag also set many barricade.
According to information, given the eyewitnesses, around 200 people gathered on Istanbul Street of Sahintepesi region and started to march to cemevi.
They set fire some cars and turned the street to a battlefield. The attackers later were dispersed by the police and forced to infiltrate cross streets. After the attackers run away from the area, Alevi citizens poured into and condemned the attack.
