Turkish President to participate Islamic summit in Mecca
Turkish President Abdullah Gul is scheduled to participate in an emergency summit meeting of the leaders of Muslim countries in Mecca on August 13-16, Gul press office said Thursday.

Turkish President Abdullah Gul is scheduled to participate in an emergency summit meeting of the leaders of Muslim countries in Mecca on August 13-16, Gul press office said Thursday.
Gul will travel to Saudi Arabia to take part in the 4th Extraordinary Islamic Summit called by Organization of the Islamic Cooperation and it is expected to discuss developments in Syria, Palestine, Myanmar, Sudan and Mali.
The Turkish president is also expected to hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts on regional and international issues.

In my opinion, if we want to understand Erdogan's words clearly, firstly, we should understand the parameters of Turkish foreign policy.
