Saudi Interior Ministry announced that this year, 1 million 862 thousand Muslims performed the pilgrimage .
According to a statement from the National Statistics Institute affiliated to the Ministry, a total of 1 million 862 thousand 909 people made the pilgrimage, in which 170 thousand 492 citizens were from Saudi Arabia.
1 million 82 thousand 228's are men , while it was noted that 780 thousand 681 are women.
