Turk parl't speaker to inaugurate Istanbul exhibition in Hungary
Turkish Parliament Speaker will have an informal meeting with German Parliament Speaker Nobert Lammert, who would be in Budapest to attend the meeting.

Turkish Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan arrived in Hungary on Thursday to attend promotion meeting of European Capital of Culture for 2010.

Toptan visited Turkish war cemetery on the first day of his formal visit.

Toptan will meet Hungarian President Laszlo Solyom, Parliament Speaker Szili, and Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurchsany.

Turkish Parliament Speaker will also have an informal meeting with German Parliament Speaker Nobert Lammert, who would be in Budapest to attend the meeting.

Toptan, Szili and Lammer will give a joint news conference after the signing ceremony of a Joint Statement.
Within the scope of the visit, Toptan will inaugurate Istanbul-Essen-Pecs Exhibition as well as Dolmabahce Exhibition.

Toptan is expected to return to Turkey on October 5.
