EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn will come to Istanbul to attend "5th Bosphorus Conference" on "Turkey-EU Relations" and also is expected to meet Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan.

The "5th Bosphorus Conference" on "Turkey-EU Relations" will take place at the Consulate General of the United Kingdom in Istanbul on October 10 and 11.

The British Council, Center for European Reform (CER) and Turkish Economic and Social Studies Foundation (TESEV) are jointly organizing the conference.

Many businessmen, politicians, bureaucrats, academicians, representatives of NGOs and journalists from Turkey and abroad will participate in the conference.

The seminar, as part of the conference, will emphasize "frank, off-the-record discussion of the most important and controversial aspects of EU-Turkey relations".
