Istanbul police seized 415 kg of illicit drugs and arrested 350 people in anti-drug operations over the past 20 days.
Police said 222 kg of heroin, 184 kg of hashish, 2 kg of cocaine and thousands of synthetic pills were confiscated in 141 operations in several parts of the metropolis.
In a separate operation, police arrested a drug dealer and seized 2.5 kg of heroin worth 65,000 liras (40,000 USD) in the western province of Bilecik.
Police said the drug dealer was allegedly working on behalf of the PKK.
