Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan got together with Armenian President Serzh Sargsian, Foreign Minister Eduard Nalbandian and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a four-party meeting in the Armenian capital Yerevan on Thursday.
Babacan made a one-day visit to Yerevan to attend the Black Sea Economic Cooperation meeting.
Babacan had a very brief meeting with Sargsian, Lavrov and Nalbandian, diplomats said.
The meeting was "not planned beforehand and nothing discussed in detail," diplomats said.
Lavrov left the meeting early as he had another scheduled meeting, they added.
