Turkey summons Israeli envoy over "insult" 
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will pay a visit to Qatar on February 13 and 14 upon an invitation by Qatar's Prime Minister % Foreign Minister Hamad bin Jasim bin Jabir al-Thani.
Within the scope of his visit, Erdogan will also deliver a speech at "U.S.-Islamic World Forum" which will take place in Doha on February 13.
He will hold meetings with Qatar's Amir Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani and Prime Minister al-Thani, and attend a business forum which will be participated by Turkish and Qatari businessmen.
