Clashes between security forces and protestors are escalating in capital Cairo and country's second biggest city Alexandria on the second anniversary of revolution in Egypt.

While clashes were continuing between security forces and thousands of protestors, who gathered in Tahrir Square in Cairo, another group of protestors, who wanted to march towards Governor's Office in Alexandria, clashed with security forces too.

Protestors in Cairo blocked the Marjani Street towards Presidential Palace.

Police used pepper spray and tear gas to disperse the protestors in Alexandria. Protestors, in return, threw stones and petrol bombs on police.

In Alexandria, protestors blocked a part of Al Corniche street.

Egyptian Health Ministry stated that five people were wounded in clashes in Alexandria, and ten others in Cairo.
