In the trial against ousted Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, former Egyptian intelligence officer sentenced one year in prison , due to leaking intel-info, which regarded as “a threat to national security.”

Based on the statements of retired general and Egyptian intelligence service deputy-chief Sarwat Judah that saying “Purposely, Egytian Intellegence Service used to give Morsi wrong information”.

“We used to know Morsi was a betrayer so we would often give him wrong intel-info”, Jude stated in a previous press speech.  

In his speech Jude also said they didn't keep their swear Morsi in as part of their   appointement, adding former head of Egyptian Intelligence Service Rafet Shahade said him “Forget about your pledge and swear off”.

Regarding these statements of as “intel info threat to national security,” the Egyptian intelligence agency headquarters, notified the military court. After scrutinised the notification, the Egyptian Military Court sentenced Egyptian intelligence service deputy-chief Sarwat Judah one year in prison.
