Shelling in Libya's Misrata kills five rebels

At least five Libyan rebel fighters were killed on Tuesday when forces loyal to Muammar Gaddafi shelled rebel positions west of the city of Misrata, a Reuters reporter in the city said.

Medical workers at Misrata's al-Hekma hospital said four bodies had been brought in from the front line, but the reporter later saw a fifth body being brought in. Hospital staff said 35 people were injured, most of them critically.
