Press Secretary and Spokesperson at Office of the President of the United Nations General Assembly 68th Session, Affaf Konja told AA on Monday that 84 presidents, 41 prime ministers and 65 foreign ministers have arrived in New York for the 68th session of the UN General Assembly.

Konja told AA on Monday that 84 presidents, 41 prime ministers and 65 foreign ministers have arrived in New York for the 68th session of the UN General Assembly.

Nearly 800 Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) would also be represented in the UN, Konja also noted.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, the foreign ministers of P5+1 countries — the five permanent Security Council members, Britain, China, France, Russia and the United States, plus, Germany — at the United Nations will discuss resuming talks over Iran's nuclear program.

The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton is the top negotiator on Iran's nuclear program for the P5+1 countries which have been conducting negotiations with Iran on the nuclear dispute.
