Canada seeks more from Trump

Pushed to enter into a trade agreement with the United States and Mexico, Canada is already trying to convince President Trump to abolish the tariffs on imports of steel and aluminum to it.

However, there is still no certainty as to whether the abolition of tariffs for imports of aluminum and Canadian steel from the United States of America could be considered.

"We never believed that it would be easy and in fact, it was not easy at all, but we must say that today is a good day for Canada. We need to compromise, though some of them were too hard to accept, "Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said.

On the other hand, Canadian Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland said Canada still "has a bit of a breeze in its boats" and wants to use it to reach an agreement on lifting the import tariffs for aluminum and steel.
