David Rockefeller, who controlled Chase Manhattan bank for more than a decade, was the grandson of Standard Oil co-founder John D Rockefeller, had died at the age of 101.

The banker, who Forbes estimate to have a fortune of $3.3billion, was an influential voice on the world stage and advised many US presidents in his time.

Head of JP Morgan Chase bank, David Rockefeller was the grandson of John D. Rockefeller, co-founder of the Standard Oil company.

He was the last former member of the unofficial royal family of America, and had admitted that if he was accused of conspiracies to bring about a ‘one world order’, then he is proud and guilty as charged.

He says: “Some even believe [the Rockefellers] are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterising my family and me as ‘internationalists’ conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure – one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I’m proud of it.”
