President Barack Obama is likely to sign a sweeping U.S. healthcare overhaul into law on Tuesday, the White House said on Monday.

"They're still working out some of the logistics. I would plan as of right now for a late-morning bill signing," White House spokesman Robert Gibbs told reporters. He also said he does not think states' legal action to oppose healthcare reform will succeed.
