Turkish State Minister for Treasury Mehmet Simsek said Saturday the 7th IMF review talks could be completed soon, adding that an invitation was sent to the IMF delegation.

"As we have stated earlier we were planning to finish the 7th review after 2008 budget was approved at parliament and by the end of January IMF review talks would be adopted," Simsek told reporters in the southeastern city of Gaziantep.
