Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika of Algeria is due to arrive in Tehran on Sunday heading a high-ranking economic and political delegation for a two-day official visit, Iranian news agency reported.
President Bouteflika will visit Iran at the invitation of his Iranian counterpart Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, IRIB said.
He would be welcomed at the Mehrabad International Airport by Housing Minister Mohammad Saeedikia.
The President is expected to discuss major bilateral, regional and international developments with senior Iranian officials.
Five ministers of Algerian cabinet including Foreign Minister Mourad Medelci, Minister of Energy and Mining Chakib Khelil, Minister of Higher Education Rachid Harraoubia, Minister of Housing Noureddine Moussa and Minister of Health Said Barakat have arri ved in Tehran on Saturday prior to President Bouteflika.
