US software entrepreneur Bill Gates could be one of the next guests at the International Space Station, cosmonaut Fyodor Yurchikhin has speculated on board the ISS.

'Who knows, maybe some day somebody will find themselves in space on the ISS together with the Microsoft head,' Yurchikhin was quoted as saying by the Interfax news agency Wednesday.

At present, Microsoft co-founder Charles Simonyi is visiting the ISS as the fifth space tourist.

According to Simonyis, Gates was thinking about 'conquering cosmos,' Yurchikhin radioed from the ISS. Gates himself has not made public any such travel plans so far.
