The staff will stage 24-hour stoppages on January 7 and January 14 and will strike for 48 hours from January 17.
The Unite trade union said the strike could even force closure of the airports, which comprise Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Southampton, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
Its members are protesting against a decision by British airports operator BAA to reduce pension contributions for new employees.
Workers involved include firefighters, as well as maintenance, security and clerical staff.
The strike action was approved by 1,946 members, with 1,108 voting against.
