British cyclist Darly Impey took the overall title in the 45th Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey.
The tour began from Istanbul on April 12, and ended in the popular resort town of Alanya on April 19 at the end of eight challenging laps of 1,212 km.
Impey was ranked first after completing the tour in 29 hours, 10 minutes and 32 seconds. Davide Malacarne of Belgium was ranked second and David Dapena Garcia of Spain came on the third place.
Meanwhile, Impey was injured when crashing heavily in the last kilometer of the final stage after contact with Theo Bos of the Netherlands. He was taken to a hospital in Alanya where doctors reported a fracture of the third disk of his lumbar vertebra, a micro-fracture of his neck and a facial trauma.
A total of 160 cyclers from 23 countries competed in the tour.
