President Mehmet Ali Talat of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) will leave for Istanbul on Friday.

Talat will deliver a speech on "Recent Developments in Cyprus Question" in a meeting to be organized by Turkish Economic and Social Studies Foundation (TESEV).

Talat will also visit History Foundation in Istanbul, and then return to TRNC on Saturday.
