Czechs to seek EU summit agreement on future economy
The Czech Republic will seek an agreement at a special EU summit in Brussels later this month on coordinating all future economic recovery measures, Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek said on Monday.

"The aim of the meeting will be to evaluate the measures taken so far within the revival plan, the effectiveness of these measures and above all, to agree on a coordinated approach in adopting all further measures," Topolanek, whose country holds the rotating EU presidency, told a news conference.

He added that EU countries must respect rules on the internal market when seeking ways out of the crisis.
