New Delhi: Mirwaiz Umar Farooq was replying to media persons' questions on arrival in New Delhi from a weeklong visit to Pakistan and Azad Kashmir. Mirwaiz elaborated that peace cannot come about amidst a heavily militarized environment and hence our demand for demilitarization. Replying questions about the self-governance proposal, he drew a clear line between autonomy within the Indian constitution and the idea of self-rule.
