Dissatisfied Germans: one fifth would emigrate
One fifth of Germans are so dissatisfied with their country that they would emigrate if they had the chance, according to a leading pollster Wednesday.

Most would-be immigrants said they would prefer to live in southern Europe or elsewhere in western Europe, the Allensbach Demoscopy Institute said. The survey used 883 respondents.

About half the dissatisfied said they simply found places abroad more attractive to live in than Germany, while about one third of them said they believed their work prospects would be better abroad.
