Turkey's Foreign Minister and Chief Negotiator for EU talks Ali Babacan departed from Ankara on Monday and is heading to Luxembourg where he will attend the 5th Turkey-EU Intergovernmental Conference on Tuesday.

Chapter headings, "Company Law" and "Intellectual Property Law" are expected to be opened to negotiation, and matters about Turkey's accession to the EU are expected to be discussed with the EU party during the conference.

Ali Babacan and his delegation will proceed to Uganda after Luxembourg to represent Turkey in a meeting of foreign ministers of Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC).
