Due to the increase in the martyrs and the debates on cross border operation in Northern Iraq, the extraordinary security summit will be held in the Prime Ministry today.

The meeting will start at 17.00 and the Prime Minister Erdoğan and deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gül, the chief of the general staff Büyükanıt and Land Forces Commander Başbuğ will attend the summit.

At the period marked by a possible cross border operation to Northern Iraq, the Prime Ministry will host a critical summit.

The meeting will start at 17.00 and the Prime Minister Erdoğan and deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gül, the chief of the general staff Büyükanıt and Land Forces Commander Başbuğ will attend the summit.

The meeting points will be the increasing activities of PKK and the alternatives ahead of Turkey.

The summit will also establish a direct dialogue between Turkish Armed Forces and the government.

The government has been disturbed by the implications that "there is a lack of coordination between the government and the army."

The summit will get the most critical figures of the army and the government together.
