Greek Cypriot admin deceived EU, PM Erdogan says

Noting that the Greek Cypriots did not support the Annan Plan proposed in 2004, Erdogan said, "the Greek Cypriot administration has deceived EU. Unfortunately, after the referendum in the island, the southern part of Cyprus became an EU member".
