The deal which was recently struck in Dubai, will see both companies mutually developing and producing multiple films in English with major Bollywood stars playing alongside Hollywood talent.
Projects currently being developed will be filmed in India, the Middle East and Europe serving as the Hollywood debut for many major Bollywood stars.
Carving Dreams clients include Kajol, Ajay Devgan, Hrithik Roshan, Bipashu Basu, Irfan Khan, Isha Sharvani and Sikandar.
"This association gives us the opportunity to not only create movies for global audiences but also build a bridge between Hollywood and Bollywood," said Steven Saxton, CEO Hollywood Studios International, which also has headquarters in Los Angeles and other offices in New York and Miami.
Each project will be shot simultaneously in English and Hindi.
"The deal will also offer us the opportunity to enhance our relationship with Hollywood talent agencies," said Bunty Bahl, Carving Dreams Co-Founder. "We are looking forward to a wonderful partnership that will add a new dimension to our film industry."
The talent agency and entertainment company has its headquarters in Mumbai, India with offices in London and Dubai.
