The International Monetary Fund (IMF) Executive Board is expected to complete the sixth review on Turkey's Stand-by agreement and approve a new disbursement of 1.2 billion USD.
Turkey tops the agenda of the IMF Executive Board's meeting to be held on May 18th.
Following the meeting, IMF Managing Director Rodrigo de Rato and First Deputy Managing Director John Lipsky is expected to release a general assessment about Turkish economy.
The sixth review talks between Turkish authorities and the IMF delegation ended on April 11th, and Turkey submitted its new letter of intent to the IMF.
