The three-day Islamic Unity conference will conclude on Tuesday in Tehran by reviewing an Islamic Unity Charter drawn up by Islamic scholars during the past months, Iranian news agency said.
According to IRIB news, an expert meeting to review the charter is among the programs of the third day of the conference.
The three-day conference started on Sunday in Tehran in the presence of 850 thinkers and intellectuals from 45 countries and the closing ceremony will be started on Tuesday afternoon.
Thinkers and intellectuals from Oman, Sudan, Egypt, Indonesia, Pakistan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Germany, the US, Tunisia, Syria, Saudi Arabia, France, Morocco, India, Algeria, Hong Kong, Qatar, Britain, Denmark, Iraq, Turkey, Gambia, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and the United Arab Emirates are among the participants in the conference.
Over 100 articles from foreign and domestic authors had been received by the secretariat of the conference of which 70 articles have been selected for presentation.
