Bosnian forensic experts completed Friday excavation of a mass grave on the Budak location in Potocari, near the eastern Bosnian town of Srebrenica, exhuming a total of 131 bodies, Bosnian Commission on Missing Persons said.

The number, according to Murat Hurtic of the commission, includes 29 complete and 102 incomplete bodies of victims killed during the 1992-1995 war in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Hurtic also said the victims were Bosnian Muslims killed in the Srebrenica genocide, in which Bosnian Serb troops killed up to 8,000 Bosnian Muslim men after capturing the former eastern Bosnian Muslim enclave of Srebrenica on July 11, 1995.

Nearly 3,000 Srebrenica victims have been identified and buried in the Potocari Memorial Centre, while more than 5,000 bags with remains exhumed from more than 60 mass graves in eastern Bosnia still wait to be identified through sophisticated DNA analysis.
